Cody has held multiple corporate sales and leadership positions since 2015 specializing in sales, marketing and business operations that have set the foundation for him to understand what it takes to run a successful business. He has a passion for real estate and entrepreneurship and that passion led him and his wife Madison making the decision to purchase and manage their own real estate investment portfolio while helping others do the same. Cody’s responsibilities include property & market analysis, owner onboarding & communication, listing/pricing optimization, marketing strategies and owner performance reports with the goal of helping you earn the highest return possible on your investment. 

Madison is a former pediatric nurse turned stay at home mompreneur with a passion for clean living, hospitality and a heart for providing guests with a personalized vacation experience. Her responsibilities include property design, amenity suggestion and guest communication with the goal of earning a 5 star review on every stay. 

We (Cody & Madison) live in Kansas City with our 2 children but are beach bums at heart and try to make it back to our home in Gulf Shores as much as we can. We are big time foodies, we love to travel and we love to get outdoors as much as possible!
